Abstract:
PURPOSE: To rapidly, easily and precisely align a key insertion hole in a lens and a key insertion hole in a cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder 6a in a housing 6 is closely fitted into a key cylinder B, and a leg 7a of a lens 7 is loosely fitted in a seal groove 6b in the housing 6. Further, a key insertion hole 7b is aligned with the seal groove 6b with a range of play given by the loose fit, and then they are bonded and fixed together by hot-melt 12.
