Title:
METHOD FOR ATTACHING MAIN SHAFT BODY TO ROTOR AND PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004282890
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for attaching a main shaft body to a rotor and processing equipment, wherein the length of a main shaft body in the direction of rotating shaft at fitting portion is reduced, thereby the amount of bend in the main shaft body can be reduced and the main shaft can be rotated with higher accuracy.

The attaching method is for attaching the main shaft body (14) to the rotor (16) of a motor by fitting, and a length (m) of the fitting portion in the direction of the rotating shaft (Zr) is made shorter than a length (L) of the rotor in the direction of the rotating shaft. The fitting width ratio (m/L), expressed by the ratio of the length of the fitting portion in the direction of the rotating shaft to the length of the rotor in the direction of the rotating shaft, is set to be within a predetermined range. The main shaft body is attached with tightening force corresponding thereto. When the main shaft body is attached to the rotor with a sleeve in-between, the following procedure is followed: a substantially annular projection is formed inside the sleeve or outside the main shaft body, the length of the projection in the direction of the rotating shaft is made shorter than the length of the rotor in the direction of the rotating shaft, the rotor and the sleeve are fitted together, and the sleeve, and the main shaft body are fitted together at the projection.
