Abstract:

To provide a method capable of realizing a system which inexpensively secures availability (preventing unauthorized use of information in a storage medium and on a management object) without lowering the level of secrecy (preventing unauthorized viewing of information in the storage medium and on the management object) and safety (preventing unauthorized tampering information in the storage medium and on the management object) in operation processing of the management object.

By personal identification (S13) using biological information, electronic authentication (S17) using a category private key and a category public key which are categorized and an authority authentication (authority determination, S21) using authority information and an authority condition, authentication is performed.
