Abstract:
To provide a method of automatically releasing a parking brake of a vehicle in such a manner as to give all drivers the optimum release process of the parking brake matching to their travelling style, and to provide its device.
The method of automatically releasing the parking brake of the vehicle comprises finding a clutch time value (ss/vk) representing an elapsed time before a clutch reaches a contact point, in response to the clutch operation of a driver, finding a release time value (tL) representing a time that the parking brake requires for an automatic release process, and finding a release time point (tA) for the parking brake corresponding to the release time value and the clutch time value.
