Abstract:
To enable automatic sorting/deposition by detecting a defective part such as blue mold generated in a veneer, comparing it with the color data of the blue mold set in advance, and judging it.
The blue mold often existing in a veneer, especially in a coniferous veneer etc., which is dried by a veneer drier etc., discharged, and cut in a prescribed size is detected for each veneer by an image processing camera, informed to a controller, compared with the data set in advance in the controller, and judged. The veneers having the blue mold are sorted/deposited automatically.
