A refilling amount of the saturated steam by the refilling line 9 is adjusted to a flow rate of 16-17% to a flow rate of the steam returned from the baking chamber 3 by the return line 64, and the mixture steam of the refilled saturated steam and the returned steam is heated in the superheated steam producing part 7 to produce the superheated steam.
