Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely bend and form a belt-like member without deforming into a saddle shape, moreover to uniformalized thickness, to improve flatness and to realize high-accuracy bending and forming.
SOLUTION: The upper and lower surfaces of the belt-like member 1 are clamped with the bending die part 2a of a lower die 2 and upper die 15 and also, because the side face of the belt-like member 1 remains abutted on the bending die 2a, thickening of the thickness on the side of the inside diameter in the bend part of the belt-like member 1 can be prevented and, on the other hand, the side face is gradually pressed in the centripetal direction in the gap between the lower die 2 and upper die 15 with a pushing roller 3, so the plastic flow of the belt-like member 1 can be promoted and thinning of the thickness on the side of the outside diameter in the bend part of the belt-like member 1 is prevented.
