Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a bending part of a metal plate from being damaged in its appearance even if a part of the metal plate is bent into a L-shape.
CONSTITUTION: Plural long slits 3 are formed with machining in a same straight line on a metal plate 1, and the metal plate 1 is formed with dividing to a pair of division parts 7, 9 leaving proper number of fine connecting parts 5. On ends of each long slit 3, short slits 11 are formed with machining by crossing them respectively. After completion of these processes, a range between a pair of short slits 5 on the connecting part 5 is bent at a bending line which passes through top ends of each short slit 11 and is parallel against plural long slits as the standard.
