To provide a method for bending and forming an insulated panel with excellent accuracy in shape even if a metallic plate panel is composed of a hard and high-strength metallic plate like a steel plate or even if a core material is stuck beforehand on the metallic plate.
A metallic plate S stuck with a core material M is mounted and fixed on a bed 2 fixed to a support column 1. A driving member 5 is transferred to the upper direction along the rail 7 by the operation of a driving device not shown in the figure, and a roller 6 in the tip end of the driving member 5 is pushed to a driven plate 3, which is rotated by 90 degrees around the axis fixed on the bed 2 and the end portion of the metallic panel is bent in L shape. Further, by transferring the driving member 5 to the upper direction, the roller 6 in the end of the driving member 5 is pushed to a solid driven plate 4, which is rotated against the driven plate 3. When the solid driven plate 4 is bent by 90 degrees against the driven plate 3, the tip end of the end portion of the metallic plate S processed in L shape is further processed in L shape and the end portion of the metallic plate S is bent in cross sectional U shape so as to cover the core material M totally.
