In the method of bending the pipe, in the bending work of a pipe by the cold bending work, by installing digital angle gages for detecting a relative angle from the ground respectively in the neighborhood of both ends of the pipe, calculating an angular difference from the angles measured with two digital angle gages and displaying it on a monitor in real time and displaying a temporary target angular difference of a finished target angular difference to which the quantity of springback is added on the monitor simultaneously, the bending work is performed until the angular difference which is displayed in real time becomes the temporary target angular difference and stopped.
