PURPOSE: To prepare a glass vessel by blow molding at high speed by performing the blow molding by ejecting low temp. liquefied gas having fine liquid drops and low temp. compressed air into a parison formed by a crude die.
CONSTITUTION: A parison formed by a crude die is held in a finisher 1. Low temp. liquefied gas (e.g. liquefied N2) in a heat-insulated tank 14 is subjected to gas-liquid separation in a gas/liquid separator 15, 17, etc., then the gas is introduced through heat-insulated pipes 18 into an air tank 5 to cool compressed air to ≤0°C, and the pressure is reduced to 3W6kg/cm2 by a pressure reducing valve 6, then blown for 3W5sec into the parison through a slide valve 7, air hole 4, and a nozzle 8 of a blow head 2. At the same time, the low temp. liquefied gas in the tank 14 is ejected in the form of fine liquid drops into the parison from a blow pipe 9 provided to the center of the nozzle 8 through a main pipe 16, heat-insulated tube 10, solenoid valve 11, and a tube 12 to perform thus the blow molding of the parison.
