PURPOSE: To manufacture a double wall resin container whose shape can be optionally selected, by arranging a melted parison having a double wall structure in a space between a core and a mold followed by expansion of the parison.
CONSTITUTION: The core 7 made up of a flexible bag and a filling that can be solidified when molding is carried out, and can be fluidized when the molding is completed. When the melted parison 8 has been extruded, blow molds 16, 16 positioned at opposite sides of the parison 8 are moved toward each other to cut out the melted parison 8 by edges at the upper parts of the blow molds 16, 16. A gas is blown from a blowing pin 18 in the mold into the double wall parison so that the parison is expanded in the space defined by the molds 16, 16 and the core 7 to become in close contact with the inner walls of the space. After the plastisized and melted parison is cooled and herdened, the molds 16, 16 are opened to remove the parison 8, then a solvent is introduced into the core 7 to desolve the filling, the introduced fluid 6 and balls 5 are removed, and then the bag is taken out to obtain the product 19.
