Abstract:

To provide a method of blowing a reducing gas from a blast furnace tuyere, which allows the reducing gas to enter a blast furnace while keeping reducibility of the reducing gas, and to provide a blowing lance.

A method of blowing a reducing gas from a blast furnace tuyere is for blowing the reducing gas from the blast furnace tuyere using a triple ring lance. In the method, the reducing gas is blown from a center part pipe 1, nitrogen is blown from an intermediate part pipe 2, and oxygen-enriched air is blown from an outer peripheral part pipe 3 further on the outer side thereof. Further, pulverized coal is blown from a pulverized coal blowing nozzle which is merged with the outer peripheral part pipe 3 of the triple ring lance.
