To bond an external member of a main body to an internal member with an enough adhesive strength while preventing an adhesive from being squeezed out by applying a specific fluid mixture contg. an adhesive to at least one of the members in a specified way and pressing both the members together.
An external member 13 of a main body is bonded to an internal member 11 by homogeneously dispersing noncompressible beads (e.g. glass beads) 24 in a concn. of about 5-20wt.% in an adhesive (e.g. a two-component acryl- epoxy adhesive) 17, sending the resultant fluid mixture 36 to a distribution apparatus 50 with a pump 42, applying the mixture 36 to at least one of the members 13 and 11 with the distribution apparatus 50, and pressing both the members together by using, e.g. a bordering press 19 to sandwich the mixture between the members, provided that the concn. of the heads 42 in the mixture 36 is high enough to prevent the collapse of the heads during pressing the members and is low enough to prevent the damage to the pumping apparatus.
