Abstract:
To provide an accurate brazing and soldering method for blades not to be loosened which is mounted by caulking between a shell and a core which construct a pump impeller or turbine runner of a torque convertor.
A pedestal to place the shell 3 and a feeding jig to grip a brazing filler metal 2 are connected to electrodes respectively, the brazing filler material 2 of U shape is gripped by the feeding jig and is attacked firmly to a boundary of the shell 3 or the core 4 which is corresponding to an edge of the blade, and the contact points are secured by welding and then is brazed and soldered after brought, as it is, into a heated furnace to a high temperature.
