Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure the function and the safety, to reduce the cost and to shorten the construction period by integrally forming a concrete base and a concrete floor with each other so as to decrease the weight of a building in an office ridge with the use of a roof and outer walls which are formed of lightweight steelwork, and by decreasing the depth of the base.
CONSTITUTION: A base groove having a depth of about 20 to 60cm is formed in a base forming part surrounding a floor ground surface as a building area for an office ridge. Then, crushed stones are laid on the bottom of the base groove and the floor ground surface, and a concrete subslab 18 is placed in the base groove and on the floor ground surface so as to form a concrete base 24 having a depth of about 20 to 60cm and a concrete floor surface 26. In this arrangement, anchors 28 are laid on the concrete base 24, a framework 30 composed of columns 30a, beams 30b and braces 30c which are formed of lightweight steel frames, is erected on the base 24 with the use of the anchors 28. Further, a roof 32 is attached on the framework 30, and panels 34 are attached to the framework 30 so as to form the outer walls of an office.
