PURPOSE: To enhance precision of production control by previously forming the correlation expression of both the composition of incineration ash and burning temperature from the composition of several kinds of incineration ashes and the optimum burning temperature and calculating the burning temperature of incineration ash having prescribed composition from the correlation expression.
CONSTITUTION: Sewage sludge is incinerated in an incinerator and incineration ashes is stored in an ash hopper 1 and cut out from a cutting machine 2 to an ashes feed hopper 4 by a conveyor 3. Thereafter the prescribed quantity of incineration ashes is supplied to a powder- molding pressing machine 5 and the incineration ashes is formed into a molded form S having a prescribed shape. Then the produced molded form S is conveyed to a continuous burning furnace 7 by a conveyor 6 and burned. Building material 9 such as a tile and a brick is formed. In the case, a part of incineration ashes supplied to the hopper 4 is sampled and the composition of incineration ashes is analyzed by an analyzer. The burning temperature of incineration ashes in the ash hopper 1 is calculated by substituting the result of analysis for a correlation expression and the burning temperature of incineration ahses in the ash hopper 1 is calculated. The burning temperature of incineration ashes is changed to the prescribed burning temperature by controlling air for combustion supplied from a blower 10 and fuel gas according to the result of calculation.
