CONSTITUTION: Loaded or void carriers for goods to be carried are positioned to a terminal position in a frame partitioning space on a frame carrying tool 4, and then the carriers are correctly placed on the position corresponding to a terminal position in the frame partitioning space by the tool 4. A roller table 12 driven and locked by the tool 4 is provided on a table 11, and is supported on the table 11 via at least two travel roller sets 13 and 14 driven and locked by the tool 4. Two rollers 13 and 14 are cooperated with a loading supporting part existing in a placing plate in shipping/stocking or transshipping a loaded or void cargo container 16 to/from placing places in the frame 17 and 18 sides.
