PURPOSE: To mold an elastic body article, esp. a frictional false twisting disk used in a synthetic fiber false twisting process, without incorporating bubbles by a method wherein a plurality of molds connecting to a supply tank are provided on the outer periphery of the supply tank which can rotate horizontally, and a polymer material in the supply tank is supplied to the molds by centrifugal force and cured.
CONSTITUTION: On the outer periphery of a supply tank 10 which can rotate horizontally about a rotating shaft 9 vertically disposed, a plurality of molds 11 are equidistantly provided so as to connect to the supply tank 10. A liquid polymer material in the supply tank 10 is charged into the molds 11 by rotating the supply tank 10 and the molds 11 and cured therein. In the molding of a frictional false twisting disk, the molds 11 are shaped into a cylindrical form. A core rod 15 is fixed to the center of a bottom cover 14 on one end of the mold 11. Core materials 6 each having a cylindrical body part and a ring-form flange part and ring-form partition members 16a, 16b having the same inner diameter as the outer diameter of the cylindrical part are alternately laminated in many stages so as to be pierced by the core rod 15. These are fixed by a fixing member 17 from above.
