Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply cast a cast product having the configuration which can separate various kinds of the cast products from a sand mold by pulling up.
CONSTITUTION: The sand mold 4 arranging two or more of risers 7, feeder heads or sprues reaching to the upper end surface of the sand mold in the suitable interval at the upper part of a cavity 5 for casting product is prepared and a part of hanger 10 for pulling up is inserted and set into the upper part of the riser 7, etc. Thereafter, molten metal is poured so as to insert the inserting part of the hanger 10 for pulling up, by which the molten metal rises in the riser 7, etc., through a sprue 6.
