Abstract:

To provide a casting method improving metal bonding in an insert casting adopting conventional technique and producing at a low cost.

In a method of casting a metallic semi-finished product by castings, in which the semi-finished goods are placed at a designated position in a casting mold, and are surrounded by casting molten metal after surfaces of the semi-finished products faced to the castings are roughened, and then, a solid combination of both metals are performed between the roughened surfaces of the semi-finished products and hardened casting molten metal, the surfaces of the semi-finished products are roughened by water blasting.
