Abstract:
To prevent some casting burrs from being generated at a location ion a piston where a concentration of stress may easily be produced.
Each of dies 42, 44 and dies 48, 50 forming connector members 20, 21 is aligned to each other in such a way that they may nor be coincided with end surfaces of the connector members 20, 21 and side surfaces of openings 24, 25 formed at the connector members 20, 21. Accordingly, corners of the connector members 20, 21 and the openings 24, 25 are not formed at the aligning surfaces of these dies. With such an arrangement as above, the casting burrs are prevented from being generated at these corners.
