Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting method of a sludge mortar with increased safety and efficiency, when work is carried out by promoting keeping and contrallability of tremie pipes, in a method of casting the sludge mortar into an underground hole and facilitating the supply of the tremie pipes, having different lengths and the storage operation of the lifting tremie pipes.
SOLUTION: After a prescribed bar arrangement has been made in the excavated underground hole 1, the tremie pipes 10 connected to each other are inserted thereinto, and for the method casing the sludge mortar thereinto through the tremie pipes 10, the supply/storaging rack 9 of the tremie pipes are arranged around a site, the tremie pipes 10 having optional lengths stored in a rack body 20, in a state of being erected according to the progress of casting are hung up by using a hook of a crane to supply; and at the same time, the casting method of the sludge mortar by making use of the tremie pipes for storing the supply/keeping rack 9 of the lifting tremie pipes 10 is used as the basic means.
