Abstract:

PURPOSE: To lower the coefficient of permeability of an isolation wall and also to provide the isolation wall showing the excellent isolation property of hexavalent chromium.
CONSTITUTION: In this method, to a region A to be polluted which has been polluted or has the fear of being polluted, an isolation wall 2 essentially consisting of cement or bentnite is constructed to prevent pollutant from flowing out to the outside of the isolation wall 2, and magnesium chloride is incorporated inside the isolation wall 2 or in the region A to be polluted.
