PURPOSE: To provide a casting method for a formed product having bore part, in which a casting device can be miniaturized and the draft of core die can be reduced.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of casting the formed product (cylinder block) S having the bore part B, the die 1 for casting fitting a temp. detector 25 in the core die 6 for forming the bore part is used and after pouring molten metal into the die 1 for casting, when the core die temp. detected with the temp. detector 25 is lowered to the temp. lower than the solidified completing temp. of the molten metal M by a prescribed value, the core die 6 is drawn out from the formed product S. Thereafter, by opening the other part of the die 1 for casting, the formed product S having the bore part B is obtd.
