PURPOSE: To change ferromagnetic substances into diamagnetic substances by fixing the ferromagnetic substances to be rotated spherically to the rotation shaft of a drive motor or putting them on it, and rotating the ferromagnetic substances.

CONSTITUTION: A globe top 9 is put on a motor shaft 5 by using dry cells 1 and a drive motor 4. Irons 6 to be diamagnetic substances are formed into a ringlike shape to be rotated spherically, and are fitted a crossvertically and horizontally. Rotation is transmitted with the lower rotation shaft 7 from the motor shaft 5. And it receives rotation with the shaft 10 of the top from the lower rotation shaft 7, and rotates. As a result of this, it becomes possible to cause them to repulse each other regardless of the polarity, if a magnet 12 approaches to the irons 6 to e diamagnetic substances when they rotate at a high speed. Besides, it becomes possible to incline the central axis of rotation of the irons 6 which have been diamagnetic and rotate spherically regardless of the poIarity in the direction of repulsion, if a substance 11 for stabilizing the upper rotation shaft is separated from the upper rotation shaft 8 and approaches the magnet 12, at the time of high-speed rotation.
