Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a change in spun counts and number of twists due to a change in operating condition, by stepwise changing output frequency of a variable frequency power source for controlling a separately driven motor for driving a rotor and motor for driving a winding system. CONSTITUTION:When operating condition is changed by regulating production, etc., during spinning, output frequency of variable frequency power source for controlling a respectively and separately driven motor for driving a rotor and a motor for driving a winding system is not changed at a time but stepwise to a value corresponding to the target rotational speed of each variable speed motor after the change. Thereby unevenness of yarn quality or yarn breakage will not occur according to the change in operating condition.
