Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable uniform charging of a raw material throughout a cavity by generating positively an air flow reaching parts into which the raw material is hard to be charged, e.g. blind alley-like parts, in foam resin molding.SOLUTION: A method is for charging a raw material B consisting of resin beads into a cavity Cof a molding die Mconsisting of a cavity die Mand a core die Mby a charging machine. As the charging machine, an original charging machine Fwhich charges the raw material B into the cavity Cby compressed air and an exhaust charging machine Fwhich suction-exhausts the air in the cavity Cexclusively under a negative pressure, without penetration of an exhaustion tube into the cavity C, are used. The combination of the original charging machine Fand the exhaust charging machine Fgenerates a second air flow Sflowing from the original charging machine Fto the exhaust charging machine Fto allow charging of the raw material B in a uniform density throughout the cavity C.
