PURPOSE: To optimize a cleaning level of textile fibers concerning residual dirt and fiber damage by optimizing each parameter or the combination of the parameters for the steps for fiber bale opening, rough cleaning, fine cleaning and carding over entire process.
CONSTITUTION: Cotton materials P1-P5 from different producing districts are directed through a bale opening step Ox, a rough cleaning step Gx, a fine cleaning step Fx, a carding step Kx and mixing steps M1-M4 to a case in which final products E are stored. Cotton material P1 and P4 which have essentially the same cleaning parameters Gx, Fx, Kx which can be optimally applied are mixed with each other and under the condition of a volume combination of P2, PK1, P3, P5, the cotton materials P3 and P5 having the same cleaning parameter Fx are mixed in the mixing step M3 and the cotton material P2 is mixed with the mixed cotton material PK1 in the mixing step M2. Two parameters Fx are applied to a mixed cotton material PK2 and PK3 which are, after the fine cleaning step, mixed with each other in the mixing step M4 to form a mixed cotton material PK4 and carded by a suitable parameter combination Kx.
