Abstract:
PURPOSE: To substantially improve the total temperature stability of an LC oscillation circuit by distributing a positive feedback path to two partial paths which are a 1st partial path with temperature dependence and a 2nd temperature-nondependent partial path capable of compensating temperature nondependent constant loss. CONSTITUTION: The positive feedback path includes the coupled partial paths K1 and K2 , and the partial path K1 compensates the loss of a 1st group by a temperature compensating method. In this case, energy for compensating the temperature-nondependent loss (2nd group) is coupled through the partial path K2 without temperature dependency. Namely, energy for the loss of a temperature coefficient which should be formed by superposition is coupled through the partial paths K1 and K2 according to a proper distribution. In case of a dielectric proximity switch, variable loss in a driving blade represented by a resistance Rm is compensated through variation of coupling by the coupled partial path K2 (Rm belongs to the 2nd group).
