Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a process technique by increasing the purity of recovered metallic concentrate, conversely minimizing the metal content of residues and making the materials produced during cleaning small in the amt.
SOLUTION: The particles resulted from low-temp. brittle fracture are selectively crushed batchwise by a hammer mill 2. The crushed matter is selectively crushed to the fine splinters discharged through the sieving net 3 of a crushing chamber 18 and the coarse splinters consisting of the metallic materials which remain in this crushing chamber 18 and are taken out batchwise. The iron parts are separated therefrom by magnets. The fine splinters are classified to plural small width size classes of about 1:1.6 grain size area widths according to the size classes. The particles of the respective size classes are separately sorted by corona drum separators 11, 12 materially to the metallic particles and the residual particles. These metallic particles are separated to materially different metallic groups 13 to 16.
