Abstract:

To provide a more sanitary and safe method for cleaning a filling apparatus while solving the problem that silicic acid components precipitate in the conventional cleaning method.

Each of a molding chamber, a sterilizing chamber, a filling chamber and a sealing chamber of the filling apparatus is cleaned by using a detergent selected from two or more kinds of detergents which is substantially free from silicic acid compounds.
