Abstract:

To provide a technology for stably using an aqueous liquid detergent composition in a use mode in which the filling ratio of the composition in a container is varied.

The method for cleaning a hard surface comprises using an aqueous liquid detergent held in a container in which an aqueous liquid detergent composition containing (A) an alkali agent, (B) a calcium compound, (C) a specific hydroxycarboxylic acid or its specific salt and (D) phosphonic acid or its specific salt is packed in a container equipped with a storage part of the composition having a volume of 200 mL. The aqueous liquid detergent composition in the container is discharged in order to obtain a cleaning liquid at every cleaning chance, during a period from the first cleaning chance to the last cleaning chance, the amount of the composition in the container is maintained in a filling ratio of 15% (volume ratio) and in the filling amount of 200 mL to 50 L.
