To stick the sufficient quantity of parting agent on the surface of a cavity, to quicken the solidification of molten metal and to facilitate the take-obt of a casting by supplying bubble parting agent on the cavity until die temp. reaches a prescribed temp. and executing the injection of the molten metal.
In a die casting, the bubble-state parting agent 11 is supplied and filled up on the cavity 9 until the temp. of the die for casting reaches the prescribed temp. to apply the parting agent 11 on the cavity surface 9. The molten metal 12 is injected into the cavity 9 in this condition. The bubble is brought into contact with the molten metal 12 in the cavity 9 and collapsed to stick the parting agent 11 on the cavity surface 10. When the die temp. is the prescribed temp., the bubble parting agent 11 is supplied on the cavity 9, and excess parting agent which does not stick on the cavity 9, is forcedly ejected by air-blowing, etc., and recovered. By this method, the parting agent 11 is uniformly coated over the whole cavity surface 10. Further, even if the solidification of the molten metal 12 is quickened, the take-out of the as-cast product from the die is facilitated.
