Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new coating method to substitute for coating with the use of a fluorine compound solution while enhancing productivity in a magnet manufacturing process.
SOLUTION: Solid resin powder is prepared in an ST 12 and the coating of the fine powder for the magnet by the solid resin powder is performed in an ST 14. Since a solution is not used for the coating, the sticking and aggregation due to the evaporation of solvent and the viscosity of the solution do not arise. Since the aggregation does not arise, a magnetism orientation rate can be enhanced and magnetic characteristics can be enhanced.
