Abstract:
PURPOSE: To coat surfaces of individual metallic powders with metallic compds. by mixing the metallic powders and a specific org. solvent by using mixing and dispersing media, then allowing the org. solvent to evaporate.
CONSTITUTION: The metallic powders, for example, Ni powder, org. resinates and the org. solvent to dissolve the org. resinate are mixed by using the mixing and dispersing media in the case of coating the surfaces of the metallic powders with the metallic compds. The org. solvent is thereafter allowed to evaporate. The org. resinates are ≥1 kinds selected from a W resinate, Pt resinate, Ti resinate or Zr resinate. As a result, a conductive paste capable of suppressing generation of internal defects is obtd.
