Title:
METHOD FOR COATING WITH STABILIZING METAL COPPER FOR SUPERCONDUCTIVE MATERIAL AND FORMING OF ELECTRODE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02139807
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide superconductors in different shapes stably by preparing colloidal suspension gas of water solution, which includes Cu in nitrogen gas atmosphere, pyrolyzing it on a heated superconductor, and coating metal copper.

CONSTITUTION: A 0.2mol/l water solution 1 of crude material liquid (CH3COO)2 Cu is turned into mist using an ultrasonic humidifier 2, and from an N2 gas container 3 the carrier gas at a rate of flow of 2.5l/min in a quartz reactor tube 4 is sprayed for 30min onto a superconductive material 6 heated to 850°C on a susceptor 8 by a high frequency coil 5, followed by pyrolysis, and metal copper is coated to accomplish a metal copper film with a thickness of 10μm. The temp. on this susceptor 8 is measured by a thermocouple to serve controlling the temp. with a temp. controller 9. The pyrolytic temp. shall favorably range between 400 and 1000°C, dependent upon the type of crude material liquid used and thereby superconductors in different shapes can be obtained stably.
