Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an egg-collecting and chicken-breeding method carried out so as to give water irradiated with ultrasonic wave to chicken for a long time and apparatus therefor.
CONSTITUTION: A water tank 2 is carried on a tower 1 and an ultrasonic oscillator 3 is mounted on the bottom of this water tank 2 and oscillating output is fed from an oscillating circuit 4 provided in a tower 1 to this ultrasonic oscillator 3 and ultrasonic wave from an ultrasonic oscillator 3 is irradiated into water in the water tank 2. A distributing pipe 5 is connected to a water tank 2 and water of this distributing pipe 5 is distributed onto a chicken gauge 7 and a number of water supply ports capable of supplying the water by pushing with bills of chickens are installed in a part which chickens on chicken gauge 7 can reach by stretching necks. Since water drunk amount of chicken and feed take-in amount are increased by thus breeding chickens using water irradiated with ultrasonic wave to provide high egg laying ratio, feed efficiency is improved. Further, since increase of egg laying ratio and egg weight are high and egg shell and Haugh unit are not also lowered, commercialization is remarkably improved.
