To solve the point at issue such that a person feels a pain and a necessary amount or more of blood is collected to cause sensual pain to the person when the collection of a very small amount not more than 1 μl of blood is tried by a conventional method and device and training is required in the collection of blood due to a conventional method using a blood collecting device having a palmar size in order to diagnose daily health in home based on a very small amount of blood.
A needle with a fine outer diameter of 0.2 mm or less is used in order to collect a very small amount of 1 μliter or less of blood in proper quantities while suppressing a pain. The embrittlement of the mechanical strength of the needle caused by the reduction of the diameter of the needle is dealed with by arranging a substance becoming a guide to the periphery of the needle and a series of blood collection works are completed only by pressing a collection mechanism to the surface of the skin of a blood collecting region by a finger or the like so as to enable anyone to easily handle the needle to collect blood.
