It is built to apply an impact to the sample glass pane 7 on the base 2 by hitting the pick 4 from outside the safety cover 3. It is preferable that it the base 2 be separated into one comprising a base body 5 having the glass fragment bin, and one into a round sample support 6, having an inner step of supporting the sample glass pane by the edge.
