Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing a cellulose nanofiber without using water and a protic solvent such as alcohol.SOLUTION: The method for producing a cellulose nanofiber is provided in which a composition including cellulose (A) and an aprotic organic solvent (B) including nitrogen atoms and/or sulfur atoms is kneaded to produce the cellulose nanofiber. A ratio of the organic solvent (B) is approximately 50-250 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the cellulose (A), the organic solvent (B) may have nitrogen atoms, the method may knead the composition with the use of a mixing roller, a kneader, a Banbury mixer or an extruder at a peripheral viscosity of a screw of 1-200 m/min, and the composition may further include a compound (C) having a reactive group to a hydroxyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
