Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for concentrating, dehydrating and/or removing at least one component of an edible liquid, a device suitable for the method and a product obtained by the method. CONSTITUTION: This method is performed in plural stages of introduction of a liquid 13 to be dehydrated to a supply tank 10, pressure reduction inside an enclosure 1 and an absorbing device 2 to the air partial pressure of 1-5 millibars, heating of a device 4 where the liquid 13 flows down on it, maintenance of a desired pressure, operation stoppage when a desired product is obtained and return to an atmospheric pressure of a dehydration device.
