To develop techniques for easily concentrating a leukocyte component including a stem cell in a short period of time from blood without depending on selection by difference in specific gravity.
This method focuses attention on deformability of an erythrocyte and makes the erythrocyte, a blood plasma, and the like pass to recover a component including a leukocyte as a nonfiltration component.
