Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a hose having an accessory, an instrument of which piping can be sterilized at site, and piping parts to be detachable in an absolutely sterilized state by being sterilized up to the vessel side or the piping side of valve including the position of closed zone. CONSTITUTION: This valve is provided with a valve casing 5 capable of attaching it in a sealing state to a connecting opening 3 of a vessel 2 having a seat opening 7 followed by an outer connecting opening 10 and an inner chamber 6 of the vessel 2, and a valve stem 8 capable of sliding it sealed in the radial direction between the closed position and the penetrated position. A valve chamber 9 has at least one side opening 12 apart from a specified distance from the end of vessel side of the valve stem, and comes in contact with the periferal surface of the valve stem 8 in the valve casing 5. The valve stem 8 has an open hole 11 and communicates permanently with the inner chamber 6 of the vessel 2. The all openings 12 of the open hole 11 are in the inner chamber 6 of the vessel 2 or the open hole 11 communicates with the valve chamber 9 in the penetrated position.
