Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance magnetic flux density between poles, and attain reduction in cogging torque and offset of axial thrust force by disposing pole pairs on a circumference symmetrically to the axis in the order of the magnitude of the total value of the square value of the magnetic flux density for each pole pair which is formed by means of sequential combining.
SOLUTION: If poles 10N, 20N, a pair of right and left N poles are taken as one pole, and poles 10S, 20S, a pair of right and left poles are taken as one pole, 32 poles of N pole and S pole in total are provided along a rotating direction, and the total sum of a magnets 5 is shown as the following expression: (6+6)×32=384. There is some variance in magnetomotive force of the respective magnets 5, so that variance also occur in the magnetic flux density of the respective poles. Therefore, the poles 10N, 20N and the poles 10S, 20S are inclined by an identical angle to the center line of an iron core 30, so as to be a skew form of roughly V shape. The poles 10N, 20N of the N pole, and the poles 10S, 20S of the S pole are disposed alternately along the rotating direction. It is thus possible to balance the magnetic flux density of the respective poles.
