Abstract:

The capacitor is formed by a first electrode body 2a electrically connected to the ground surface; and a second electrode body 2b that is opposed to the first electrode body through an electric insulation layer Z, accumulates the electric charge depending on an electrostatic capacitance between the first electrode bodies, and supplies the electric charge accumulated to the charged body.
