To improve the workability, and to shorten the construction period by constructing a lower structure and a cylindrical wall under a housing container, and arranging a top slab and a pool, which are integrally assembled with each other on a frame, on the cylindrical wall under the housing container.
A base rock G is excavated so as to form a lower structure 1a of a nuclear reactor building 1 and a cylindrical wall 3a of a lower structure of a housing container 3, and simultaneously, a frame 15 of steel is provided in a side of the building 1 during the construction. Thereafter, a top slab 4 and a pool 5 are integrally assembled with each other on the temporary frame 15, and the unified unit is slid from the frame 15 by a jack. Continuously, a chill tank 16 is removed, and the unit is integrally connected to the lower structure 1a of the building 1 and the cylindrical wall 3a, and the frame 15 is disassembled for elimination. Continuously, a pressure container 4 is provided inside of a housing container 3, and a shield wall 18 is formed in the top of the container 3, and furthermore, a side wall 7 of the slab 4 is formed with a cover 19. With this structure, construction period is shortened, and high lift work is reduced by assembling the top slab 4 and the pool 5 on the ground so as to improve the safety of the work.
