PURPOSE: To enable a general building to be constructed simply by assembling precast concrete members, joining reinforcing bars together inside gaps, and injecting mortar, while omitting most of concrete construction work of construction processes from the on-site arranging of reinforcing bars to the dismantling of formwork.

CONSTITUTION: Precast-concrete pole members are joined together by mortises and tenons, and a joint plate 22 is pressed from outside between butted embedded fittings 2 and is fastened to the embedded fittings 2 by means of through bolts 23 and nuts. For one precast concrete pole member and a first precast concrete beam member, and for another precast concrete pole member and a second precast concrete beam member, the ends of the first and second precast concrete beam members are placed on a beam bracket 9, splices 18 at the ends of the beams are joined to the end of beam main reinforcement 10 extending from the poles, partial formwork is set into place, and nonshrinking mortar 24 is packed into gaps. For the first precast concrete beam member and a precast concrete floorboard, the ends of the precast concrete floorboard are placed on a slab mounting bracket, splices are joined together, and nonshrinking mortar is packed into gaps; for the second precast concrete beam member and the precast concrete floorboard, the ends of the precast concrete floorboard are placed on the mounting bracket, the splices of the precast concrete floorboard are joined with slab bars projecting from the beams, and nonshrinking mortar is packed into gaps.
