Title:
METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING UNDERGROUND COLUMN MADE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10317374
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for constructing an underground column made of reinforced concrete, whereby underground columns made of reinforced concrete can be constructed continuously without use of steel pipes in the construction of a cast-in-place pile.

In the construction of an underground structure using a reverse driving method, the column 14 of the underground structure is constructed by inserting a casing in advance into a position where the column of the underground structure is to be installed, digging a vertical hole through the casing, installing a reinforcing cage for a cast-in-place pile 5 in the lower portion of the casing, installing a column form and a reinforcing cage above the pile reinforcing gage and inside the casing, and pouring concrete into the vertical hole in the lower portion of the casing and into the form. Thereafter, the casing is withdrawn, and the form is dismantled as underground digging proceeds.
