PURPOSE: To aim at reduction of cost and improvement of efficiency by drilling round holes by a plurality of buckets capable of housing soil scraps, drilling a portion which is not drilled yet between the buckets by attached bits, drawing up the scraps on the ground to repeat the discharge of the earth and sand.

CONSTITUTION: Buckets 24 which have bottom lids capable of being opened and closed and which cut the ground are arranged at the lower portions of a plurality of vertical rotary shafts which are provided parallelly long from side to side. The ground is drilled by the buckets 24 of the drilling machine while the earth and sands produced thereby are housed in the buckets 24 from the lower opening portions of the buckets 24, a plurality of drilling holes are drilled long from side to side, at the same time, a portion which is not drilled yet between round drilled holes is drilled by bits attached to the upper portion of the bucket 24 and the earth and sand are fallen and housed in the bucket 24 from the upper opening portions of the buckets. The housed earth and sand are drawn up on the ground and the bottom lids are opened to discharge them easily. Consequently, a construction term is shortened and a construction cost can be reduced.
